REGULAMIN PROGRAMU POLECEń „RENT YOUR PLACE”

§ 1. Postanowienia Ogólne

  1. Organizatorem programu poleceń „Rent Your Place”, zwanego dalej „Programem”, jest Easy Rent sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Gdańsku, ul. Władysława Pniewskiego 2/1, 80-246 Gdańsk, NIP 5842739139, KRS 0000536327, zwana dalej „Organizatorem”.

  2. Program ma na celu nagradzanie lojalnych najemców Organizatora za skuteczne polecenie nowych klientów.

  3. Program obowiązuje w okresie od 17 września 2025 r. do odwołania.

  4. Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady i warunki uczestnictwa w Programie.

§ 2. Definicje

  1. Najemca Organizatora – osoba fizyczna lub prawna, która jest stroną aktywnej umowy najmu lub podnajmu lokalu mieszkalnego:
    a. zawartej bezpośrednio z Organizatorem, lub
    b. zawartej z zewnętrznym właścicielem lokalu, dla którego Organizator świadczy usługę zarządzania najmem.

  2. Uczestnik – Najemca Organizatora, który w momencie przyznania Nagrody posiada aktywną, niewypowiedzianą umowę oraz nie zalega z żadnymi płatnościami na rzecz Organizatora lub właściciela lokalu.

  3. Osoba Polecona – nowy klient, który dzięki poleceniu Uczestnika zawarł swoją pierwszą Umowę Najmu jako Najemca Organizatora.

  4. Umowa Najmu – pierwsza umowa najmu lub podnajmu lokalu mieszkalnego zawarta przez Osobę Poleconą, zgodnie z definicją Najemcy Organizatora.

  5. Nagroda – jednorazowy rabat na czynsz najmu w wysokości 100 zł brutto, przyznawany Uczestnikowi.

§ 3. Warunki Uczestnictwa

  1. Udział w Programie jest dobrowolny i nie wymaga od Uczestnika wcześniejszego zgłoszenia.

  2. Warunkiem koniecznym do wzięcia udziału w Programie jest wskazanie Uczestnika jako osoby polecającej przez Osobę Poleconą.

  3. Osoba Polecona musi podać imię i nazwisko Uczestnika oraz wynajmowany przez niego lokal (adres lub numer pokoju) w sposób jednoznaczny, najpóźniej w dniu podpisania swojej Umowy Najmu. Informację tę należy przekazać pracownikowi Organizatora lub wpisać w dedykowanym polu formularza rezerwacyjnego/aplikacyjnego.

  4. Próba wskazania Uczestnika po dacie zawarcia Umowy Najmu przez Osobę Poleconą będzie nieskuteczna.

§ 4. Zasady Przyznawania Nagrody

  1. Nagroda przysługuje Uczestnikowi po łącznym spełnieniu następujących warunków:
    a. Osoba Polecona w okresie trwania Programu zawarła Umowę Najmu na okres nie krótszy niż 6 miesięcy.
    b. Osoba Polecona skutecznie wskazała Uczestnika jako osobę polecającą zgodnie z § 3 pkt 3.
    c. Osoba Polecona wpłaciła kaucję oraz pełną kwotę czynszu za pierwszy miesiąc najmu.
    d. Uczestnik w momencie przyznania Nagrody spełnia warunki definicji z § 2 pkt 2.

  2. Osobą Poleconą nie może być osoba, która w okresie 3 lat poprzedzających zawarcie Umowy Najmu była już Najemcą Organizatora.

  3. Weryfikacji spełnienia warunków dokonuje Organizator po otrzymaniu informacji od Osoby Poleconej.

§ 5. Sposób Realizacji Nagrody

  1. Nagroda jest realizowana w najbliższym okresie rozliczeniowym następującym po miesiącu, w którym zostały spełnione wszystkie warunki z § 4.

  2. W przypadku gdy Umowa najmu Uczestnika wygasła, lub wygasa w ciągu najbliższego miesiąca, nagroda zostanie zrealizowana poprzez korektę ostatniego rozliczenia z tytułu najmu, a nadpłata z tego tytułu zostanie zwrócona w przeciągu 14 dni liczonego od końca miesiąca w którym nastąpiło skuteczne polecenie.

  3. W przypadku, gdy Uczestnik jest stroną umowy bezpośrednio z Organizatorem (najem lub podnajem), Nagroda zostanie zrealizowana poprzez udzielenie jednorazowego rabatu na czynsz.

  4. W przypadku, gdy Uczestnik jest stroną umowy z zewnętrznym Właścicielem lokalu, którym zarządza Organizator, mechanizm jest następujący:
    a. Organizator udziela jednorazowego rabatu w wysokości Nagrody Właścicielowi lokalu na usługę zarządzania najmem.
    b. Właściciel, zgodnie z ustaleniami z Organizatorem, zobowiązany jest do udzielenia Uczestnikowi tożsamego rabatu na czynsz najmu w tym samym okresie rozliczeniowym.
    c. Proces jest realizowany i synchronizowany w całości przez Organizatora, aby zapewnić neutralność finansową operacji dla Właściciela.

§ 6. Reklamacje

  1. Wszelkie reklamacje dotyczące Programu można składać drogą elektroniczną na adres e-mail: reklamacje@rentyourplace.pl lub pisemnie na adres spółki: Easy Rent sp. z o.o., ul. Władysława Pniewskiego 2/1, 80-246 Gdańsk.

  2. Organizator rozpatrzy reklamację w terminie 30 dni od daty jej otrzymania.

  3. Odpowiedź na reklamację zostanie udzielona w formie, w jakiej została złożona, chyba że w jej treści zastrzeżono inaczej.

§ 7. Przetwarzanie Danych Osobowych

  1. Administratorem danych osobowych jest Organizator.

  2. Dane osobowe Uczestnika (imię, nazwisko, lokalizacja), podane przez Osobę Poleconą, będą przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu weryfikacji i przyznania Nagrody w ramach Programu.

  3. Osoba Polecona, wskazując Uczestnika, oświadcza, że poinformowała go o tym fakcie i uzyskała jego zgodę na przekazanie tych danych Organizatorowi w celu realizacji Programu.

§ 8. Postanowienia Końcowe

  1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszego regulaminu. Zmiany nie będą naruszać praw nabytych przez Uczestników.

  2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym regulaminem zastosowanie mają odpowiednie przepisy Prawa Polskiego.

  4. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem 17 września 2025 r.


„RENT YOUR PLACE” REFERRAL PROGRAM REGULATIONS

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the „Rent Your Place” referral program, hereinafter referred to as the „Program,” is Easy Rent sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk, at ul. Władysława Pniewskiego 2/1, 80-246 Gdańsk, NIP 5842739139, KRS 0000536327, hereinafter referred to as the „Organizer.”

  2. The Program aims to reward loyal tenants of the Organizer for successfully referring new clients.

  3. The Program is valid from September 17, 2025, until further notice.

  4. These regulations define the rules and conditions for participation in the Program.

§ 2. Definitions

  1. Organizer’s Tenant – a natural or legal person who is a party to an active lease or sublease agreement for a residential unit:
    a. concluded directly with the Organizer, or
    b. concluded with an external property owner for whom the Organizer provides rental management services.

  2. Participant – an Organizer’s Tenant who, at the time the Reward is granted, has an active, non-terminated agreement and has no outstanding payments to the Organizer or the property owner.

  3. Referred Person – a new client who has signed their first Lease Agreement as an Organizer’s Tenant thanks to a Participant’s referral.

  4. Lease Agreement – the first lease or sublease agreement for a residential unit signed by the Referred Person, as defined for an Organizer’s Tenant.

  5. Reward – a one-time discount on the rent in the amount of PLN 100 gross, awarded to the Participant.

§ 3. Conditions of Participation

  1. Participation in the Program is voluntary and does not require prior registration by the Participant.

  2. A necessary condition for participation in the Program is that the Referred Person indicates the Participant as the referrer.

  3. The Referred Person must provide the Participant’s full name and the rented unit (address or room number) in an unambiguous manner, no later than the day of signing their Lease Agreement. This information must be given to an Organizer’s employee or entered in the dedicated field of the reservation/application form.

  4. Any attempt to indicate the Participant after the date of signing the Lease Agreement by the Referred Person will be ineffective.

§ 4. Rules for Granting the Reward

  1. The Reward is due to the Participant upon fulfillment of all the following conditions:
    a. The Referred Person signed a Lease Agreement for a period of no less than 6 months during the Program’s duration.
    b. The Referred Person has successfully indicated the Participant as the referrer in accordance with § 3 point 3.
    c. The Referred Person has paid the security deposit and the full rent for the first month.
    d. The Participant meets the definition criteria from § 2 point 2 at the time the Reward is granted.

  2. The Referred Person cannot be someone who was already a tenant of the Organizer within the 3 years preceding the signing of the Lease Agreement.

  3. The Organizer will verify the fulfillment of the conditions after receiving the information from the Referred Person.

§ 5. Method of Reward Realization

  1. The Reward is applied in the next billing period following the month in which all conditions from § 4 have been met.

  2. If the Participant’s lease agreement has expired, or is expiring within the next month, the reward will be processed by adjusting the final rental settlement, and any resulting overpayment will be refunded within 14 days from the end of the month in which the successful referral occurred.

  3. If the Participant has a contract directly with the Organizer (lease or sublease), the Reward will be realized as a one-time rent discount.

  4. If the Participant has a contract with an external Owner whose property is managed by the Organizer, the mechanism is as follows:
    a. The Organizer provides a one-time discount equal to the Reward to the property Owner on the management service fee.
    b. The Owner, in agreement with the Organizer, is obliged to grant the Participant an identical rent discount in the same billing period.
    c. The process is fully managed and synchronized by the Organizer to ensure the operation is financially neutral for the Owner.

§ 6. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the Program can be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: reklamacje@rentyourplace.pl or in writing to the company’s address: Easy Rent sp. z o.o., ul. Władysława Pniewskiego 2/1, 80-246 Gdańsk.

  2. The Organizer will review the complaint within 30 days of its receipt.

  3. The response to the complaint will be provided in the same form in which it was submitted, unless otherwise requested in its content.

§ 7. Personal Data Processing

  1. The administrator of personal data is the Organizer.

  2. The Participant’s personal data (name, surname, location), provided by the Referred Person, will be processed solely for the purpose of verifying and granting the Reward under the Program.

  3. By indicating the Participant, the Referred Person declares that they have informed the Participant of this fact and have obtained their consent to transfer this data to the Organizer for the Program’s purposes.

§ 8. Final Provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these regulations. Changes will not infringe upon the rights already acquired by Participants.

  2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the relevant provisions of the Polish Law shall apply.

  4. The regulations come into force on September 17, 2025.
